I was skeptical about gluten free wafers, but these are genuinely light and crisp with a filling that doesn't taste diet at all. The lack of added sugar is a huge win for me, and the raspberry sweetness is just right for a guilt-free snack.

The raspberry filling is nicely tart and the wafers stay crispy even after the package's been open a few days. I do wish the layers were a bit thicker, but for a gluten free option with no added sugar, these are a solid snack.
