I was skeptical about a cookie with zero added sugar, but these are dangerously snackable. The cinnamon flavor really lingers and the sandwich texture is perfect with a cold glass of milk.

They’re gluten free but you’d never guess it—the texture is soft and the cinnamon sugar coating really lasts. I ate three before I even realized they were zero added sugar. Great little fair-inspired treat.
