ダークチョコレートオレンジジョリーズ

The wafers are so delicate they practically dissolve, leaving just the rich dark chocolate and that bright orange kick behind. I ate three in a row without realizing it because the citrus cuts the heaviness perfectly.

The ganache is so smooth and the orange actually comes through instead of getting lost — that citrus tang against the dark chocolate is a perfect combo. The wafer cookies are ridiculously light, so I polished off half the bag before I even realized it.
