カウンティフェアを記念して、グルテンフリーで砂糖を一切加えていないシナモンチュロサンドイッチクッキーを作りました。一口ごとに甘いシナモンが舌の上で踊る、美味しくて甘いクッキーです。
The cinnamon flavor is surprisingly bold for a gluten-free cookie, and the sandwich filling makes it taste like a real fair treat. I've already finished half the bag in one sitting, which says a lot since I usually hate "healthy" sweets.
I was skeptical about a cookie with zero added sugar, but these are dangerously snackable. The cinnamon flavor really lingers and the sandwich texture is perfect with a cold glass of milk.
They’re gluten free but you’d never guess it—the texture is soft and the cinnamon sugar coating really lasts. I ate three before I even realized they were zero added sugar. Great little fair-inspired treat.
