These are the first keto-friendly sweets I've found that don't have that weird artificial aftertaste, probably because there's no erythritol. The wafers actually stay light and crisp, and the hazelnut filling is rich enough that two cookies feel like a real treat.

The chocolate-to-wafer ratio is spot on, and I honestly can't tell they're gluten free or sugar free. They're my new go-to snack when I want something sweet without the guilt.
