They’re gluten free but you’d never guess it—the texture is soft and the cinnamon sugar coating really lasts. I ate three before I even realized they were zero added sugar. Great little fair-inspired treat.

The cinnamon flavor is spot-on and the cookies have that perfect crunch without any added sugar, which is rare. I brought them to a picnic and they disappeared before the regular cookies did.
