The monk fruit sweetness really does taste clean—no weird lingering aftertaste, which I usually get with other sugar-free spreads. I've been putting it on toast every morning and the 19g of fiber per serving honestly keeps me full until lunch.
The 19g of fiber per serving is a game changer for me, I actually feel full after just toast and this spread. It’s sweet enough to kill my cinnamon bun craving without any of that fake sugar taste, and my blood sugar thanked me at my last check-up.
I was skeptical about monk fruit, but I can’t taste any odd aftertaste here—just a proper cinnamon-bun sweetness. It’s also a great way to sneak in 19g of fiber with my morning toast, so I feel less guilty about going heavy on the spoon.
