Kem Marshmallow Fluff

I spread it on a warm slice of toast this morning and it actually held its fluff without melting into a puddle. The zero sugar part is the real deal, but I was surprised how much it tastes like the classic stuff I grew up with.

Tried it melted over a keto brownie last night and it honestly held its shape better than I expected for something this airy. Zero sugar but it still gives that sticky, marshmallow pull I grew up with, so I’m genuinely impressed.

Got it as a treat for my keto snack drawer and honestly it’s dangerously good straight off the spoon. The zero sugar claim actually holds up without that weird artificial aftertaste, and it’s still fluffy enough to fold into a quick no-bake dessert.
