The crispy wafer layers hold up surprisingly well even after a few days in my bag, which is rare for gluten free candy. The chocolate coating is thick enough to give a proper snap, but the no-sugar-added sweetness still tastes indulgent.

The vanilla crème filling is what sold me—it's smooth and not overly sweet, and the gluten-free wafers still give that satisfying snap. I grabbed a few for a snack at my desk and ended up finishing them all before the afternoon was over.

The crispy wafer crunch is exactly what I remember from the old-school bars, but I don't miss the sugar at all—the vanilla crème keeps it sweet enough. Grabbed a pack on a whim and finished three bars in one sitting.
