The bag’s been open for a week and they still haven’t gone stale, which never happens with the regular ones.

Used these in my son’s class s’mores project and they puffed up just like regular marshmallows, which shocked me. The lack of that syrupy sweetness actually made the toasted bits taste cleaner.
