70% Dark Chocolate Squares

I’ve tried a lot of sugar-free chocolate and most of it has that weird cooling aftertaste, but these don't—just a clean, bittersweet bite that lingers nicely. The vanilla bean is subtle but it makes the dark cocoa feel almost creamy, and I keep grabbing one square after dinner without any guilt.

The Madagascar vanilla really rounds out that bittersweet bite—I’ve been grabbing a square after dinner and it hits the spot without any sugar crash. Smooth melt, too, not waxy like some other dark bars I’ve tried. Genuinely impressed with how rich it tastes for being sugar free.
