Vegan kungliga tryfflar med mörk choklad

I was worried vegan truffles would taste chalky, but this one's ganache is so silky and the roasted hazelnut in the middle gives it that lovely crunch. The 70% cacao dark chocolate is rich without being overly sweet, a real treat for anyone who likes their sweets on the intense side.

The 70% cacao hits that perfect bittersweet note, and the ganache is so silky it basically melts before you even bite down on the hazelnut. Finished the whole box in two sittings, which says enough.

That roasted hazelnut hiding in the center is the perfect surprise against the deep, dark ganache. I've been craving one every evening since the box arrived, and the 70% cacao keeps it from being too sugary.
