I keep a pack in my desk drawer for that 3pm slump, and the onion kick is sharp enough to wake me up without being overpowering. They're sturdy little crackers, too, so topping one with cheese doesn't turn it into a crumbly mess.

Finally a crunchy cracker that doesn't taste like cardboard, and the prebiotic angle makes me feel slightly less guilty about finishing the box in two days. They hold up perfectly with a sharp cheddar slice, which is exactly how I like my afternoon snack.

The crunch is just right, and the cheese and onion flavor actually holds up without being too salty. I’ve been eating them with a slice of cheddar as a snack, and the fact they’re gluten-free and keto-friendly makes it feel less like a cheat.
