We pack our orders with ice for free in the warmer months. We also provide this option to purchase extra ice to help your chocolate keep its cool.
The extra ice was worth it—my chocolates arrived perfectly solid even though it was pushing 90 degrees here. One pack melted completely by delivery time, so I’m glad I paid for the upgrade rather than relying on the freebie.
The extra ice packs kept the chocolate perfectly firm even though the package sat on my porch for a few hours in the sun. Only minor gripe is the ice takes up a lot of room in the box, but that's kind of the point.
