Edward ★★★★★

The bitterness hits fast but fades into something almost fruity, and that dairy-free texture keeps it velvety instead of waxy. I've been cutting one square into slivers to stretch out the intensity, and it's become my evening ritual with a strong espresso.

Riley D. ★★★★★

I wasn't sure I'd manage the 92% cacao level, but the squares melt so slowly that the bitterness turns into something almost nutty by the end. Pairing a piece with a few raspberries really does bring out the tart notes they mention—it's become my after-dinner ritual.

Aurora A. ★★★★★

I've been working my way through a box of these after dinner, and the lack of dairy makes them a guilt-free treat for me. The bitterness really lingers in a good way, especially if you let each square melt slowly against the roof of your mouth. Perfect for when a milk chocolate craving just won't cu
