Mørk sjokolade Jolies

These are dangerously easy to snack on. The shortbread stays perfectly crisp while the dark chocolate center melts smoothly, and the double layer makes each bite feel more indulgent than the last.

These arrived and were gone within two days. That crunch when you bite through the shortbread into the smooth dark chocolate is exactly the texture I crave, and the double layer of chocolate really makes it feel indulgent.

The crunch on these shortbread cookies is exactly right—light and crispy, not too thick—and that dark chocolate in the middle is properly rich without being bitter. I opened the bag expecting one or two, but the sandwich texture keeps pulling me back for another.
