Ordered this thinking it would be overkill, but the chocolate showed up completely solid even though it was 90 degrees outside. The extra ice packs were still cold enough to re-freeze and use again. Worth the couple bucks for peace of mind.

The extra ice packs arrived still frozen solid and kept my truffles perfectly chilled despite the June heat. It’s a small add-on, but it absolutely saved the texture of the chocolate.

It was over 80°F on delivery day, yet every piece was still perfectly firm thanks to the extra ice packs and the sturdy insulated packing. The chocolate didn't have a hint of melting, which is exactly what I was worried about. I'll definitely add this option again for any summer orders.
