다크 초콜릿 졸리

The crunch on these shortbread cookies is exactly right—light and crispy, not too thick—and that dark chocolate in the middle is properly rich without being bitter. I opened the bag expecting one or two, but the sandwich texture keeps pulling me back for another.

These are decent cookies but the dark chocolate filling is a bit too subtle next to the sugary shortbread, so the rich flavor gets lost. They're fine when I want a quick sweet snack, but I wouldn't call them indulgent.
