Drizzled this over a warm brownie and it set into this silky, glossy shell that didn't turn rock-hard. The dark chocolate flavor is deep enough to satisfy a craving without any of that weird aftertaste I get from other sugar-free sauces. Even my skeptical dad asked for the jar's name.
Poured it over some vanilla ice cream last night and it turned into that perfect hard-shell fudge in seconds. Being keto and vegan without sacrificing the deep, rich chocolate flavor is a serious win.
Poured it warm over vanilla ice cream last night and it hardened just slightly at the edges like a real hot fudge should. The dark chocolate flavor is deep without any of that weird aftertaste I get from other sugar-free sauces.
