Eva ★★★★★

The peppermint hits right up front but doesn't overpower the dark chocolate, and the cookies stay soft without crumbling. I've already gone through two boxes this week—dangerous for my self-control but worth it.

Ellie ★★★★★

The ganache layer is thick and rich enough that one cookie actually feels like a proper dessert, not a snack. I've already finished half the box and the minty kick doesn't overpower the chocolate at all.

Alexander ★★★★★

The peppermint in the ganache hits right after the buttery cookie melts, so each bite feels like a mini holiday. I've already polished off half the bag in one sitting, which says enough about how dangerously good these are.
