Biscuits animaux à la cannelle

The texture is spot on—crunchy but not too hard, and the cinnamon flavor is just light enough to feel like a treat without being overpowering. I’ve been nibbling on them as a late-night snack and they totally scratch that cookie itch while staying gluten free.

These little bears have that perfect buttery shortbread texture, and the light cinnamon dusting is just right without being overpowering. I've already gone through two bags this week, and I honestly can't tell they're keto or gluten free.

The cinnamon flavor is subtle but really comes through, and they have that buttery richness you don't expect from a keto snack. My kids can't tell they're gluten free, which is a win in this house.
