Richard ★★★★★

The crispy texture of these cookies is spot on, and the peanut butter filling in the middle is rich without being too sweet. I grabbed them as a keto snack and they actually satisfy that cookie craving.

Harper ★★★★★

I’ve been missing peanut butter cookies since going keto, and these actually hit the spot—the double layer of peanut butter between the crispy cookies gives it a nice crunch followed by that rich, salty-sweet flavor. They’re gluten free too, which I barely notice because they taste so indulgent. Def

These have been my go-to afternoon snack all week, and the fact they're keto friendly means I don't feel guilty reaching for a second one. That peanut butter filling between the two crispy layers is just the right amount of sweet and salty.
