Mini-Marshmallows

Pulled these out for a late-night hot chocolate and was honestly shocked at how well they toasted over the stove—got that golden, gooey outside with a soft melt inside, no sugar crash after. The bag’s been open for a week and they still haven’t gone stale, which never happens with the regular ones.

Used these in my son’s class s’mores project and they puffed up just like regular marshmallows, which shocked me. The lack of that syrupy sweetness actually made the toasted bits taste cleaner.

I was skeptical that sugar-free marshmallows could toast without turning into a sticky puddle, but these held their shape perfectly and got that nice golden crust. Even my kids couldn’t tell the difference in s’mores, which is the ultimate test.
