The crispy texture is exactly what I was hoping for, and the gluten-free part means I can share them without a second thought. My pantry has three sealed boxes now, and that's a dangerously good thing for my snack budget.

Three boxes for the price of two is a solid deal, and since these are gluten free I can finally keep a stash at my desk without worrying. The crispy texture holds up even after I leave the box open for a few days.

These wafers are dangerously crispy, and the gluten-free texture actually holds up instead of crumbling into dust. Whether you're snacking straight from the box or stacking them with a spread, three boxes disappear way faster than two would.
