Bílá čokoláda Jolies

The vanilla in the white chocolate really comes through without being too sweet, and that creamy filling stays put even when I'm munching on the go. Each cookie is light enough that I finished half the bag before I realized it.

The crispy cookies hold their shape perfectly against the creamy center, and the cocoa butter really does melt smoothly instead of tasting waxy. I grabbed a second pack to keep in the pantry, it's that good.

The vanilla comes through just right, and that real cocoa butter makes it taste way richer than the usual white chocolate stuff. These crispy little sandwiches are dangerously easy to polish off in one sitting.
