I wasn't expecting the texture to be this good—the roasted almonds stay crunchy while the bark stays perfectly creamy from the cocoa butter. Grabbed a few squares after dinner and they hit the spot without any sugar crash.

The Madagascar vanilla really comes through and makes this taste like a proper dessert, not a diet bar. I’ve been rationing the last piece of the bag because the creamy texture against those roasted almonds is dangerously good.

The crunch on those roasted almonds against that silky white chocolate is perfect—I actually rationed the first bar so it'd last three days. The cocoa butter gives it a richness that melts slowly, which makes the low carb part almost feel like a bonus.
